Holdings in Company

The Company has been notified today that, following the issue of shares in connection with the exercise of warrants by LC Capital Master Fund Limited, Artemis Investment Management Limited continues to hold 3,225,000 ordinary shares in Ramco, which is now equivalent to 6.99 per cent (previously 7.84 per cent) of the issued voting share capital of the Company. The shares are held in the name of Artemis UK Smaller Companies.
