Holding in Company

The Company announces that it received notification yesterday that following the recent issue of equity, as announced on 14 July 2008, Ruffer LLP’s holding of 1,975,212 ordinary shares in the issued share capital of the Company is now equivalent to 4.80 per cent. of the issued voting share capital of Ramco.
