Holdings in Company

The Company announces that it was notified on 24 September 2008 that, following the issue of balance of the initial consideration shares relating to the acquisition of Eagle HC Limited, Artemis Investment Management Limited holds 3,225,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in Ramco, equivalent to 7.84 per cent of the issued voting share capital of the Company. The shares are held in the name of Artemis UK Smaller Companies.
