Holdings in Company

The Company has been notified today that, following a disposal of shares, Artemis Investment Management Limited now holds 2,561,618 ordinary shares in Ramco, which is equivalent to 5.56 per cent of the issued voting share capital of the Company. The shares are held in the name of Artemis UK Smaller Companies.
