The Company announces that it was notified on 29 June 2009 in accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules that, following a disposal of shares on 26 June 2009, FIL Limited and subsidiary companies are now interested in 2,509,832 ordinary shares of 10p each, representing 4.73% of the issued share capital and voting rights of the Company.
